About HOOKSTER
HOOKSTER is a small family business out of Palm Beach County, Florida. It's the three of us: Adam and Erin Douglas, and our son Kase.
It started the way the best ideas do, as something we kept coming back to. Then Erin left her corporate job to put her time and energy into building it, and HOOKSTER went from something we talked about to something we make.
We've built it around the South Florida lifestyle, because it's ours and we know plenty of other people live the same way. Early launches and long days offshore, sure, but also the sandbar, the beach, the yard, the ballfield and every reason to be outside. The sun doesn't only find you on the water, so what we make isn't built for only one kind of day.
Right now that's UV sun shirts, hats, boardshorts and tees. Every new release has to be better than the one before it. We'd rather make fewer products and make them right than cut a corner to fill out a catalog.
We're not a print on demand company. If a product shows in stock, it's in our warehouse, folded and ready to ship, not waiting to be made after you order it. That's why most orders placed before 11am ET go out the same day, and why your clothing shows up in days instead of weeks.
The rest of it is just taking care of people. When you email us, you're emailing one of us. No call center, no ticket number, no script. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
