RETURNS
HOOKSTER is committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. 

All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and any labels and/or tags attached. Additionally, items that are clearly dirty, stained, smelly, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used do not fall under this return policy.

Email us at "info@hookster.com” first to initiate a return or ask any questions about your product that you received and we will respond to your questions or refund instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

 * ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN 

 * Returns on purchases using gift cards will receive store credit ONLY.

 *Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded

    First and Last Name                                                                                                            Order Date
    Order Number

 *We will e-mail you upon receipt of your items- so please check your e-mail!  
  
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final!

We value our customers and hope that our customers value the time we take to package and ship our products. Customers who return more than 2 times in any 30 day period may have return privileges revoked.
